Challenge
McKinsey's global digital ecosystem spanned hundreds of pages for practices, industries, and capabilities, each communicating in its own voice with no shared narrative structure or design system.
Solution
Built reusable page templates and modules with best-practice UX and narrative structure, flexible enough to let every practice express its own content and voice within one consistent system. Personally guided practices through development, winning skeptical teams over case by case, through reasoning rather than authority.
