About Me

The work I’m most proud of begins with understanding people, untangling complexity, and building a shared vision.

For more than 20 years, at McKinsey & Company and Princeton University, I’ve partnered with executive leaders, strategists, marketers, researchers, writers, developers, and fellow creatives to turn complex ideas into integrated campaigns, digital experiences, and stories that build trust and engagement.

What I Do

Hands-on creative direction: I set the creative direction and stay in the work, directing and designing from concept through delivery.

Executive buy-in: I win leadership support through clear reasoning and compelling storytelling, shortening approval cycles and keeping work moving.

Human-led AI: AI speeds up exploration, concept visualization, and production. It’s a creative partner, never a replacement for human judgment.

Collaboration + Trust: I bring the right people in early and build the trust that makes it safe to share rough ideas, question assumptions, and innovate together.

Mentoring & championing talent: I invest in the people I work with, offering honest guidance, celebrating their wins, and helping them find their own creative voice.

Creative Operations: I improve how teams plan, communicate, and move from idea to delivery, so people spend less time on process and more time on solving meaningful problems.
